Flea and Tick Preventative

Please make sure your pet is on proper flea and tick preventative year round.  If we find fleas on your dog we will contact you immediately and you will be asked to pick up your pet. The fall is an especially bad time of year for fleas so please don't miss a dose of preventative!  

 

New Software Coming Soon!

We are so thrilled to announce that we will be launching a new software soon.  This software will also be equipped with a "pet portal"!  Clients will be able to log in and create their own pet portal.  They will be able to make reservations, cancel reservations, see vaccine status, purchase packages, view past purchases and change basic information.  We will be launching this software in two stages so please bear with us.  The "Resort" portion of the software should launch at the end summer and the grooming portion will follow later.  Please stay tuned for more updates!!!

 

K9 Influenza

We are now requiring the K9 Influenza vaccine effective as of August 2018. The K9 flu is on the rise and the number of confirmed cases is quickly growing here in Kent County along with neighboring counties as well.  Please speak with your vet about the vaccine and get it updated if you plan on using any of our services.  

 

Holiday Reservations

It is hard to believe that summer is almost over and Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner.  Please schedule your dog's holiday reservation as soon as you know your plans!  We tend to fill up for Christmas at the beginning of November! Anytime a reservation is made over a holiday there will be a $50 deposit that is required in order to make the reservation.  If a reservation is cancelled without a two week notice the $50 deposit will be forfeited.  If the reservation is kept then the deposit will be applied to the balance at check out.
