Whiskers Resort and Pet Spa is pleased to announce that we are now a drop off location for the Kibble Konnection program. We are excited to be part of this program because it helps families keep their pets at home instead of having to put them up for adoption due to economic hardships.

Kibble Konnection, in conjunction with the Kent County Humane Society was started to help economically distressed families with pets in Kent County. The goal of the program is to supply pet food and supplies to families who are experiencing financial difficulties due to many causes including job loss and illness. Currently Kibble Konnection distributes over 8000 pounds of pet food per month to over 450 families in the Kent County area and helps over 1100 pets per month stay with their families.  The need for pet food and supplies grows every month as more and more families in the area face financial pressures.
