Posey & Winnie are our lobby kitties.  Winnie was rescued from Kent County Animal Shelter and Posey was rescued out of the Ionia County Animal Shelter as a small kitten with her brother.  She lived for 2 years with Jennifer before coming to Whiskers and deciding to take it over as her kingdom.  She truly believes that this is her castle and she is the queen.  She could be the worst lobby kitty there is.  She eats our papers, attacks the printer, steals our pens as well as helps herself to our food and beverages when we are not looking.  If she can’t get close enough to sample our food, she’ll put a paw in it so we don’t want to eat it.  She is endlessly curious and has no fear of the dogs.  She will lay on the front counter and taunt the dogs when they comes as if to say “Come and get me!”.  She also will jump up on the grooming table with a dog already on it just to check out what’s going on.  She loves to play with wadded up pieces of paper and the laser pointer.  Come on in and meet her.  She is our charming but naughty queen of the castle.
